Summer Rates

  • $325/night (3 night minimum) .. $1650/week

 

Winter Rental Rates
(Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar)

  • $300/night (3 nt minimum).. $1350/week

 

Holiday Rates

  • $425/night (3 night minimum) .. $1850/week

 

Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's

  • 1850 per week
  • $425 per night - 3 night minimum

 

We are a year round rental:

  • Spring: sweater weather with cool days, cooler nights - the pastures, trees and plants are light green with new sprouts
  • Summer: warm days, cooler nights - the pasture and trees are in full bloom and plush green
  • Fall: cool days, cooler nights - the trees are vibrant with fall colors
  • Winter: cold days, colder nights - possible snow - very cozy

 

 

All rates include taxes, linens and cleaning fees. Maximum Occupancy of 10 People.
